Cancellation-Once we place an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours before the start of production of the order. Once you start processing your order, we will not provide cancellation services. If you cancel before the start of work, we will refund your payment in full via any payment method you use.

Processing time-HYNAWIN has a warehouse in the United States. Generally, items in stock will be ready within 1-3 business days before shipment. Once you place an order, we will send a notification email to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the order. If you have any questions about the delivery time or want to order urgently, please contact us within 48 hours.

Delivery time-We will ship the goods within 3 working days and upload the tracking number as soon as possible, but the delivery time depends on the local delivery speed, and we cannot fully control it. When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to your email address registered on our website. You can find the tracking number in the email, and you can track the status of your order online.
